Zero ohms are developed for the interconnection device between points on printed circuit board as jumper wires or crossover.They offer a quick solution to the following problems. 

•  inability to connect two points on printed circuit board due to other circuit paths which must be crossed over. 

• an after-the-fact design that requires new point connections. 

• circuit tuning by changing point connections. 

Zero ohms are especially suited for automatic machine insertion.
